General Policy:

The 2Tokens Masterclass is a series of 5 sessions, each 4.5 hours in length. By registering for the Masterclass, you are committing to attend all 5 sessions. Below you'll find our cancellation policy, which applies to each registered participant.

 

Individual Session Cancellation:

You have the option to attend the missed session in the next scheduled masterclass track. However, if no future session is available, no refund will be issued.

 

Entire Masterclass Cancellation:

- More than 30 Days Before the First Session: Full refund.

- 15-30 Days Before the First Session: 75% refund.

- Less than 15 Days Before the First Session: No refund, but an option to send a substitute attendee for the entire masterclass can be arranged.

 

Cancellation by 2Tokens:

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a session or the entire Masterclass, all registered participants will be notified immediately and offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.

 

A student may send a colleague as a substitute for a masterclass session one time only; this session cannot be made up in a future track.
